Did you make any New Year's Resolutions? Generally, I'm not big on New Year's Resolutions - if something needs to be done, why wait until the New Year?
However, this year, I am trying to commit to making more healthy food for my family. To that end, I'll be trying to stick to more fresh foods, more fruits and veggies and if our food is processed, have it processed by me if possible. It's a lofty goal - we'll have to see how long it lasts!
